Processor role

When customers use Tradeworth to collect and manage personal data, Jumpship LLC acts as a data processor on behalf of the customer, who acts as the data controller.

Processing instructions

Tradeworth processes customer data only as needed to provide the service and according to customer instructions reflected in product configuration and documented support requests.

Sub-processors

Tradeworth currently uses the following sub-processors:

• Supabase
• Anthropic
• Vercel
• Resend
• Stripe

Signed DPA requests

Customers who need a signed DPA can request one by emailing legal@penworth.app.
