Terms of Service
Effective date: May 2026
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Tradeworth, you agree to these Terms. If you use Tradeworth on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
What Tradeworth provides
Tradeworth is a field-service-first software platform for forms, records, workflows, and related operations. Features may evolve over time as we improve the service.
Account responsibilities
- Keep account credentials secure and do not share access improperly.
- Provide accurate account and billing information.
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not use Tradeworth to violate laws, abuse the platform, distribute malware, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any account, workspace, or infrastructure.
Billing, subscriptions, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the chosen plan. You can cancel at any time from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of your data. By using Tradeworth, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display your data solely to provide and improve the service.
Service availability
We work to keep Tradeworth reliable and available. Free tier access is provided on a best-effort basis and does not include a guaranteed uptime SLA.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradeworth and Jumpship LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Tradeworth in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide notice when appropriate.
