Who we are
Tradeworth is a product operated by Jumpship LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have when you use Tradeworth.
Data we collect
Account information: name, email address, login credentials, workspace membership, and profile settings.
Customer content: form definitions, form submissions, records, attachments, and other data you or your users submit into the platform.
Usage and diagnostics: product usage events, page interactions, feature usage, device/browser metadata, and logs needed to secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
Billing information: subscription and invoice details from Stripe. Tradeworth does not store full card numbers.
How we use data
- Provide and maintain the Tradeworth service.
- Authenticate users and enforce workspace-level access controls.
- Process form submissions, records, notifications, and automation workflows.
- Process subscription billing and prevent fraud.
- Monitor performance, investigate incidents, and improve reliability.
- Respond to support requests and product feedback.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect the security of the platform.
Data retention
We keep data for as long as needed to operate your account and provide the service. If you delete data or close your workspace, we delete or anonymize data within a commercially reasonable period, unless we must retain some records for legal, tax, or security reasons.
Your rights and controls
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can also request restriction of certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@penworth.app.
Sub-processors and service providers
We use trusted providers to operate Tradeworth, including Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (billing), Anthropic (AI features), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting and infrastructure).
Cookies and similar technologies
Tradeworth uses minimal cookies needed for session management, authentication, and security. We do not run broad third-party advertising trackers on the product.
Security and international access
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. Data may be processed in locations where we or our providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when appropriate.
